What better way for your kids to stay active, learn values like discipline and respect, as well as how to defend themselves, than enrolling them in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
Our kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program does not only focus on teaching technique. Our goal is to teach core life-long values and allow the kids to be part of our Jiu Jitsu family.
In addition to learning technique, classes allow kids to:
• Stay physically fit
• Improve their balance & coordination
• Increase their self-esteem
• Develop respect for themselves and others
• Enhance their listening and concentration skills
Many times the class will incorporate games that work with the mechanics of techniques and listening skills that keep the kids interested at the same time.
Uniform Requirements: Kids will be required to wear a Gi for the class.
